Work Environment\n

Working from the comfort of your home, you will engage with clients and the interdisciplinary team remotely. Our operational hours run from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours based on client appointments. You will utilize various digital platforms and electronic health records (EHR) to manage client information and service delivery, which allows us to maintain the highest standards of care irrespective of physical location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use concerns, identifying co-occurring disorders and their impact on overall functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients' coping skills, promoting relapse prevention, and improving emotional regulation.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists, nursing professionals, and addiction specialists to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to treatment.

• Regularly monitor clients’ substance use and apply motivational interviewing techniques to encourage engagement and commitment to the recovery process.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families about the interrelationship between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the significance of treatment compliance.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clients’ treatment progress and interventions in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care we provide.

Your primary focus will include a diverse population seeking support for mental health and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices focused on co-occurring disorders.
