This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also maintaining outreach and connections within our outpatient office setting in Chicago. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with designated hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some evening shifts may be necessary to accommodate clients’ schedules, and minor adjustments to the schedule may be needed based on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate emotional and psychological well-being, ensuring the creation of well-informed treatment plans.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique diagnoses and therapeutic needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to promote healing and personal growth.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care approaches and ensure smooth transitions between services.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support for patients during mental health emergencies, utilizing expertise to maintain calm and provide reassurance.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Strong comprehension of mental health conditions, evidence-based treatment frameworks, and the principles of trauma-informed care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients, proving essential in a therapeutic context.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
