Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for new clients to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to individual client needs, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops to promote collective healing and skills enhancement among clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and respect for client privacy.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions relevant to current mental health trends and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse clientele that includes individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. Our focus is on supporting those who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services, making your role critical in delivering compassionate care to populations including but not limited to low-income families, adolescents, and individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and substance use issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical practices in mental health care.
