Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community support systems to provide integrated care for clients as needed.

• Participating in team meetings and consultations to enhance service delivery and clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
