Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance while maintaining essential connections with our clients. Our clinic operates on a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts when necessary to better accommodate our clients' needs. Successful candidates will thrive in a virtual setting, utilizing teletherapy technology and electronic health records (EHR) to manage sessions and client documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate each patient’s psychological well-being and inform tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on specific patient needs, goals, and diagnoses, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional expression, personal growth, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrative care models that fully address the patient’s mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring safety and stabilization during emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that meets all legal and ethical standards in mental health therapy.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess an active and valid LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license to practice in Arizona.
\n
• Proven expertise and familiarity with various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care best practices.

• Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Strong facilitation skills for both individual and group therapy sessions, demonstrating versatility in therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building rapport with patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other digital tools necessary for remote therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Happy Cures Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
