Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the psychological well-being of clients, which includes understanding their history, strengths, and presenting concerns.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to create integrated treatment strategies for clients with complex needs, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, supporting clients during mental health emergencies with a calm demeanor and effective strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions and treatment options, equipping them with tools to navigate their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in team meetings, case conferences, and educational opportunities to stay current with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes adolescents and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
