Owning and growing Empathy's social media presence, the contract Social Media Manager will lead organic strategy on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, crafting engaging content for both consumer and B2B audiences while utilizing data-driven insights to drive results in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own and execute Empathy's organic social strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram, extending to other platforms as needed Build and engage audiences for both consumer and B2B segments, translating campaigns and brand moments into tailored social-first stories Collaborate with design teams to create platform-native content while tracking performance metrics to inform creative direction Required qualifications 7+ years of experience managing organic social for a notable brand, with a focus on both consumer and B2B audiences Proven track record of audience growth and engagement through a data-driven and results-oriented approach Strong writing skills with a clear creative vision and ability to direct design teams for effective storytelling Deep fluency in LinkedIn and Instagram, with some familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, or X Analytical mindset with the ability to translate social metrics into actionable insights for content strategy
