Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health needs to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize client goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, using proven modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and social workers to deliver comprehensive care and seamless integration of services for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing process.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying updated with the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of individuals, including children, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
