Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments for clients using evidence-based practices to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You will employ your diagnostic skills to tailor interventions that address each client’s unique situation.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities. Through these tailored approaches, you’ll help clients build resilience and find effective coping mechanisms.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Your commitment to ethical practices is essential for fostering trust and professionalism in client relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
