Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, including diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial histories, to determine their mental and emotional health status.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive methods, employing interventions tailored to diverse populations.

• Monitor client progress, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Provide clients with practical tools and techniques to overcome challenges related to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, referring clients to psychiatrists or other specialists when necessary to enhance comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients who may be grappling with various mental health conditions including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure in the state of Texas as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling with a broad range of patients and conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
