In this full-time position, you will utilize telehealth platforms to provide assessment, treatment, and support to clients coping with a variety of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients via telehealth. Our facility is equipped with advanced technologies to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts required on a rotational basis. This structure aims to accommodate the varied schedules of our clients while maintaining a balanced work-life commitment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, promoting an understanding of mental health.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress meticulously throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and feedback.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to provide the highest quality care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in mental health documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and bipolar disorder. You will serve a diverse clientele, encompassing various age groups, backgrounds, and cultural perspectives. Sensitivity and adaptability will be critical in building trust and rapport with clients as you provide them with the support needed to navigate their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly related to mood disorders, is preferred.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT, enabling you to implement effective therapeutic strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
