Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders in both office and community settings.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief evidence-based screenings, to identify and address clients' needs effectively.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that link clients with appropriate services and support.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to the client's presenting issues and goals.

• Maintain confidential documentation and timely reports, adhering to professional ethical guidelines and the code of conduct.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and referring clients for additional support as required.

• Participate in team meetings and committees to continuously improve service delivery and quality within the agency.

• Provide on-call coverage during designated hours to ensure comprehensive client support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work is preferred.
