Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy while working with individuals, groups, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
