Compensation Year 1 on target earnings around $90,000-$109,000 with the ability to earn more through commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on target earnings around $104,000-$122,000 with additional upside. Base salary: $43,000. Benefits Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses. Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work). Three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training with ongoing company‑wide support. Responsibilities Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. Offer services such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Cold‑call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments. Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management. Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
