Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate remote therapy sessions as part of an 8-week evidence-based program, focusing on participant engagement and motivational strategies.

• Continuously monitor participant progress, make follow-up communications, draft care coordination recommendations, and maintain accurate session notes for comprehensive record-keeping.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, assisting participants with resource navigation and ensuring all necessary consent and authorization forms are properly processed.
\n
• Implement robust safety protocols to identify high-risk participants, taking immediate action as needed to adhere to company safety measures.

• Engage in structured discussions during regularly scheduled team meetings, supervisor check-ins, and company-wide Town Halls to stay aligned with organizational goals.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards as mandated by HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and fulfill annual compliance training requirements promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with individuals seeking support for diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your role is crucial in helping participants develop actionable skills and establish healthy, lifelong habits through evidence-based therapeutic practices. You will focus on delivering care that is respectful, inclusive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Clinical experience is essential, with a strong background in psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patient sessions, ensuring reliable availability.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic areas or certifications in advanced therapeutic techniques will be highly regarded.
