You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, managing your caseload from home while also having the option to meet with clients at our outpatient facility located in Lowell, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to establish a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, cultural background, and unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, coordinating care effectively with other healthcare professionals to facilitate a smooth recovery process.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their mental health conditions actively.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes through standardized metrics, making timely adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.

• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of mental health, integrating new insights into your therapeutic approach.

Your work will primarily involve clients who have experienced trauma and adversity, requiring therapeutic interventions that respect their backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience in trauma-informed care practices will be highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary range of $70,000 to $84,000, dependent upon experience, education, and skill level. Benefits include:
