Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy, in both individual and group settings.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrist colleagues to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients across different service areas.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Actively engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, destigmatize treatment, and promote wellness.

Your expertise will primarily support individuals from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
