Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment paths.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing diverse therapeutic techniques to foster emotional healing and growth.

• Monitor and document clients' progress toward treatment goals, making adjustments to therapy as needed to ensure the best outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate integrated care and enhance service delivery.

• Educate and support clients' families, fostering understanding and involvement in the recovery process to promote holistic healing.

• Utilize and maintain electronic health records (EHR) to document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with accuracy and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in mental health counseling with a commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
