Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The diverse client population you will serve includes adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in your field (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.

• A clean professional record, free of any disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, generous paid time off, and paid no-shows and late cancellations. Additionally, new hires may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to support your transition into our team.
