Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid licensed professional counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 yearly, based on experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
