Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, adapting strategies according to clients’ progress and changing circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or motivational interviewing, to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and progress during case reviews to enhance the quality of care for clients.

• Participate actively in weekly case reviews and treatment planning meetings to ensure cohesive support and shared goals among the treatment team.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, assessing risk factors and implementing immediate interventions.

• Engage in continuous professional development by remaining informed about current trends and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
