This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule that caters to your and your clients' needs. As part of the innovative VIEW program, you'll be using advanced telehealth technologies and digital platforms to connect with clients, enabling you to provide therapy in a secure, non-judgmental environment that fosters trust and openness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to clients via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to guide clients in their recovery journey.
\n
• Regularly review and document client progress, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical professionals and support staff, to enhance overall client care and service delivery.

• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, treatment updates, and contributing to group initiatives aimed at improving mental health services.

• Assist in developing and implementing recovery-focused programs designed to empower clients and promote mental well-being.

• Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of operational and clinical quality within the VIEW program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve building empathetic connections and fostering an environment of trust to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Washington, adhering to the regulations set forth by the Washington State Department of Health.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices and patient engagement.

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Dedication to reducing the stigma around mental health and substance use, fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

• The ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n
