Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate actively with clients to design and implement tailored treatment plans that address their individual challenges, aspirations, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in diverse formats, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulations, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with strategies to manage and understand mental health conditions effectively.

• Conduct regular treatment outcome assessments, reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans to optimize client recovery.
