Chinese Voice Coach for AI Training

Provide high-quality Chinese voice coaching remotely to learners at varying levels, and contribute that real-world expertise to training next-generation AI systems. This contract role focuses on improving pronunciation, tone, intonation, and overall vocal delivery, and does not require prior experience in AI. You will design and deliver tailored lessons, assess learner progress, and share insights that help shape how models learn and perform.

• Deliver individualized coaching in Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation for learners with different proficiency levels.
• Create and facilitate tailored voice training sessions that help participants meet specific communication goals.
• Assess speech patterns, provide actionable feedback, and recommend exercises to drive measurable improvement.
• Design engaging lesson materials and practice exercises using both written and verbal methods.
• Use digital platforms to conduct remote training while maintaining a motivating and interactive environment.
• Track learner progress and adapt coaching strategies to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the customer team to refine coaching methodologies and share observations that inform model training.

• Required: Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with clear and precise pronunciation.
• Required: Demonstrated experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field.
• Required: Strong understanding of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice projection techniques.
• Required: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for helping others develop speaking skills.
• Required: Proficiency with remote communication and collaboration tools, for example Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Required: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple clients or sessions effectively.
• Required: Ability to adapt teaching approaches for diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Preferred: Background in performing arts, linguistics, or speech therapy.
• Preferred: Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
• Preferred: Certification in Chinese language instruction or voice training.
