Chinese Voice Coach

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your Chinese language and voice-coaching expertise. You will deliver personalized remote coaching that strengthens learners'' pronunciation, tones, intonation, and overall spoken communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation coaching for learners at different proficiency levels.
• Create and lead tailored voice-training sessions aligned with each participant''s communication goals.
• Assess speech patterns and deliver actionable feedback that supports measurable improvement.
• Develop engaging lesson materials and exercises using written and verbal methods.
• Use digital platforms to conduct motivating, interactive remote sessions.
• Track learner progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet client needs and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the customer''s team to refine coaching methods and share insights.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Chinese fluency with clear, precise pronunciation.
• Experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an interest in helping others build these abilities.
• Knowledge of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice-projection techniques.
• Proficiency with remote communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Teams.
• Strong organization, self-direction, and ability to manage multiple clients or sessions.
• Ability to adapt instruction for varied learning styles and proficiency levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in performing arts, linguistics, or speech therapy.
• Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
• Certification in Chinese language instruction or voice training.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• No prior AI experience is required. Relevant Chinese language and coaching expertise is the primary focus.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
