Work Environment\n

This position is designed to offer flexibility and convenience, with a remote work setting that allows our therapists to deliver care effectively from the comfort of their own spaces. However, you will also have opportunities to work in our outpatient office in Las Vegas, collaborating with colleagues and participating in team meetings. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities on a rotating basis to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, accurately identifying client needs and presenting issues.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, using tools such as treatment planning software to document progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tracking effectiveness and modifying strategies as needed.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, providing informational resources and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing data from assessments to adjust treatment plans, ensuring each individual receives the most effective care.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment experience, contributing to case consultations and multidisciplinary meetings.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical healthcare standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to enrich clinical skills and stay informed of industry best practices.

• Advocate for clients, leading initiatives to reduce the stigma surrounding mood disorders while promoting mental health resources within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in working with mood disorders, is essential.
