What You'll Do

This is a 100% commission, uncapped opportunity , giving you complete control over your income.

In this role, you'll work directly with real estate investors while helping them secure exclusive off-market investment opportunities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Connect with qualified investor leads generated through our marketing efforts
• Introduce investors to exclusive off-market properties before they reach the MLS
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from the first conversation to closing
• Build and grow your pipeline through prospecting and relationship building
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, Facebook groups, reverse search tools, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns to develop new investor relationships
• Maintain a consistent pipeline by sourcing and nurturing new opportunities

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of sales experience (any industry)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX area
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Before You Apply

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Compensation is 100% commission
• A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of your start date (licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility)
