- Food cost management to maximize profitability
Required Skills:
- Experience in fryer and grilling techniques
- Proficient in food handling and preparation
- Knowledge of catering and quality of service standards
- Strong cooking skills in various cuisines
- Understanding of sanitation and food safety guidelines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Baking experience
- Food and beverage management knowledge
- ServSafe Certified
- Cost management and ordering skills
- Merchandising expertise
