Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or enrolled in their Master’s programs, guiding them in their practical application of therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support for your clients.

• Participate in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, ensuring that they align with the clients' unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation in compliance with organizational guidelines and pertinent regulations.

• Continually educate yourself about current research findings, best practices, and innovations in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a varied clientele that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many of our clients come to us navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. This broad spectrum of patient experiences allows for dynamic and fulfilling engagement, requiring an adept understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities as well as cultural competence in handling different backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license, including but not limited to LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Professional liability insurance.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring emerging therapists or students.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and techniques.

• Prior work within a community health clinic is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and level of responsibility.
