Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients, fostering therapeutic relationships with individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students as they pursue clinical licensure or complete their Master’s programs, offering guidance and support in their professional development.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the diverse needs of our client population.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is mandatory to practice.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and protect against potential legal issues.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a mental health counseling role is essential to ensure you can effectively provide supervision and client care.
