Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who come from various walks of life and present with different mental health challenges. Your clientele may include individuals facing issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Understanding and addressing the unique cultural backgrounds, experiences, and needs of each client will be critical in your approach to treatment, reflecting our commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapies.

• Solid crisis intervention skills, with an ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of four years of experience is required, additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and experience in group facilitation would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
