Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, ensuring that therapists can balance professional responsibilities with personal well-being. While primarily virtual, specific community outreach and team collaboration may require occasional on-site meetings. Our therapists usually adhere to a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient needs and create tailored treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address individual and familial challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community connections and shared learning among patients.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that meets all patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, assessing immediate needs and developing action plans for safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping techniques, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to nurture a cohesive therapeutic environment and keep up-to-date on best practices and advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as either an LCSW , LPCC , or LMFT .

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven ability to execute comprehensive assessments and design effective treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy across various demographic backgrounds.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and sound judgment in professional ethics.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technologies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
