Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and major depressive episodes. Your tailored therapeutic interventions will address each client's unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds, ensuring their specific needs are met with understanding and respect.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of related counseling experience.
\n
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competency.

• Demonstrable experience in delivering individual and group therapy using approaches that are inclusive and culturally responsive.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, along with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building rapport with a wide range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific treatment modalities, crisis counseling, or specialized populations will be highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 104,000 annually, complemented by other attractive incentives. Additionally, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is offered. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
