Work Environment\n

This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing therapists to connect with clients in a comfortable setting while being part of a collaborative outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will involve:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' psychological backgrounds and develop effective individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to process their trauma and cultivate robust coping strategies.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each individual.

• Providing crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, equipping patients with immediate support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold:

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n
