Sales Development Representative

Globe Life is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel growth in our life and supplemental health insurance business. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, conduct high-volume outreach, and schedule appointments that build a strong sales pipeline. You’ll use CRM tools to track activity, research prospects, and support ethical, needs-based sales conversations. Working in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment, you’ll receive training, coaching, and clear metrics, with opportunities for advancement, performance-based rewards, and a long-term career helping families secure financial protection.
