Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through individual and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to gather relevant information.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, ensuring that care is culturally sensitive and aligns with each client's unique background and experiences.

• Provide regular therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness, to empower patients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will use your clinical expertise to foster a safe space for clients, encouraging open dialogue and guiding them toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the State of California.
\n
• Minimum of four years of experience working directly with clients in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Proficient in the implementation of evidence-based treatment approaches, displaying cultural competence and an awareness of the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, maintaining composure and sensitivity in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
