Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions, effectively establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients to facilitate open communication.

• Assess the unique needs of clients at the onset of treatment, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions that address mental health conditions, coping strategies, and personal development.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes; document each client’s progress comprehensively in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
