Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions suited to each client's circumstances and goals.

• Delivering psychotherapy services utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address diverse mental health challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure privacy and quality of care.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional development and improve clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychiatric disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this opportunity, qualified candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
