Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team. This key role involves managing the payroll process for approximately 300 employees, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for both exempt and non-exempt staff. The Payroll Administrator will oversee all aspects of payroll, including calculating bonus payouts, processing final paychecks, and handling year-end adjustments. Additionally, this position offers support with account reconciliations, financial closings, expense management, and other daily financial activities.
The successful candidate will possess:
An Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Hands-on experience with SAP and UKG payroll systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Practical knowledge of multi-state payroll operations
Strong organizational and personal management skills
Familiarity with state-specific payroll laws and regulations
The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Bonus: Experience in bookkeeping or general accounting is a plus
