Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and psychosocial assessments for senior clients, focusing on their unique challenges and needs.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), working closely with clients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Provide family support and guidance, helping to navigate the complexities of mental health issues affecting seniors.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
