Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Stalwart Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs based on physician referrals.
• Designing personalized treatment programs utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions that aim to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to integrate various treatment strategies for holistic patient care.
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining open communication with patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, but you will also have the opportunity to treat diverse populations including pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in computer applications.
