Demand Generation Lead [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Generation Lead based in the United States.

This role is responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and support business objectives across multiple product areas. You will own multi-channel campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, and performance optimization initiatives designed to engage target audiences throughout the buyer journey. Working closely with marketing, sales, business development, and product teams, you will help create impactful campaigns that translate into measurable business results. The ideal candidate combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills to continuously improve campaign performance. This remote opportunity offers the chance to shape demand generation programs within a technology-driven environment serving public sector organizations. You will play a key role in improving customer engagement and supporting scalable growth.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with sales priorities, target personas, and business goals.
• Build and manage segmented, automated email nurture programs using marketing automation platforms to move leads through the funnel from marketing-qualified leads to sales acceptance.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling campaign messaging, assets, and calls-to-action tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
• Plan and execute demand generation webinars, including topic development, speaker coordination, promotional campaigns, follow-up activities, and performance analysis.
• Define, monitor, and optimize campaign performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
• Use CRM and marketing automation analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct testing and optimization of campaign elements, including email subject lines, creative assets, and calls-to-action, to improve engagement and conversions.
• Partner with SEO, content marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment across digital campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead management processes, follow-up strategies, feedback loops, and campaign outcomes.
• Work with event marketing teams to maximize campaign impact before and after industry events and trade shows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within technology, software, or government-focused industries.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing programs, webinars, and full-funnel optimization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, measure performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is preferred.
