Work Environment

The work setting for this role is onsite, with an emphasis on offering house calls to our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and accurate diagnostic evaluations of patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient feedback.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, effectively utilizing the results in treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and recommend alternative therapeutic interventions suited to each patient's unique condition and preferences.
• Educate patients and their families about pain management strategies, disease prevention, and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care is delivered.
• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and patient interactions accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, promoting best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from young adults to seniors, each presenting with varying chronic and acute pain conditions. Qualifications

• A current and valid Nurse Practitioner certification.

Compensation and Benefits
