Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial patient histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations to assess health status.
• Develop, document, and communicate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring all screenings and interventions are completed.
• Perform daily patient rounds, managing care for women at various stages of their reproductive health, from adolescence to menopause.
• Order necessary medications, laboratory tests, and diagnostic procedures while providing education to patients about each process.
• Analyze diagnostic test results and laboratory findings to adjust treatment plans appropriately and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Document discharge summaries, prescriptions, and referrals, providing thorough post-discharge care instructions to patients.
• Engage in additional responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on enhancing the clinic's overall patient care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner will focus primarily on a diverse population of female patients, addressing their unique health needs through preventative care, routine gynecological services, and specialized women’s health issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required, along with a Master’s Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program.

Compensation and Benefits
