The selected Nurse Practitioner will work onsite in our modern outpatient office, where patient comfort and satisfaction are paramount. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by taking initial medical histories and performing thorough physical examinations.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care while effectively communicating these plans to patients and their families.
• Perform routine patient rounds to monitor health status and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, and interpret diagnostic results to guide clinical decisions.
• Engage in multidisciplinary discussions with attending physicians, nursing personnel, and other healthcare providers to promote a team-oriented approach to health care.
• Prepare detailed discharge summaries, prescriptions, and referrals post-visit to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide education to patients regarding post-discharge care and manage follow-up protocols.
• Stay informed about advancements in women’s health to continually enhance practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on women’s health across multiple aspects of care, including gynecology, prenatal care, reproductive health, and preventive screenings. The Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to build trusting relationships with patients, providing empathetic care while addressing a broad spectrum of health issues specific to women throughout their life stages.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• National Board Certification in Women's Health or relevant specialty is required.
• Current Nevada licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner as well as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong understanding of women’s health issues, treatment protocols, and preventative care practices.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for patient documentation and care coordination.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in women’s health or a related specialty.
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic is preferred.
• A background in family medicine is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
