Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to accurately identify the root causes of their pain using thorough clinical evaluations and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for patients based on their individual pain profiles, preferences, and medical history. This may include recommending non-pharmacological therapies, engaging in patient education, and promoting lifestyle modifications.
• Administer pain management interventions, which may include medication management, injections or other interventional techniques, and coordination of physical therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback, ensuring long-term satisfaction and health improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices in pain management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) from the Medical Board is required.
• A valid Nevada state license to practice as a Physician Assistant is necessary.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, ideally within a pain management or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with pain management techniques and methodologies, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package offers a salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
