Work Environment

As an onsite position, you will work in our hospital facility that fosters teamwork and professional growth. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with approximately 40 hours per week dedicated to patient care and administrative tasks. You may also participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis, ensuring that emergency and urgent patient needs are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations for patients experiencing ENT-related disorders.
• Diagnose conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care as necessary.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and lab work, to accurately assess patient health.
• Deliver educational consultations for patients and their families, explaining treatment options and procedures to ensure informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with ENT specialists and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records, adhering to compliance regulations and maintaining an up-to-date database of patient interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in otolaryngology.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ENT practice caters to a diverse population, including pediatric and adult patients with various conditions such as allergies, sinus issues, hearing loss, and throat disorders. Qualifications

• A valid and current Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Nevada.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 250,000 to 350,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
