Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care under the mentorship and supervision of a board-certified dermatologist, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and state regulations.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including skin examinations and the development of individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting skin health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with established clinical quality and documentation standards.
• Educate and counsel patients on various dermatological conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies, enabling them to make informed health decisions.
• Assist in procedural interventions as required, including skin biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic procedures, working closely with the supervising physician.
• Contribute actively to team discussions about patient care, identifying pressing issues and proposing actionable solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
• Uphold infection control policies and maintain a sanitized work environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
