Work Environment

Working onsite at our advanced surgical center, you will experience a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere. Our practice emphasizes teamwork, with a strong focus on preventive care and comprehensive patient management. Your typical work week will span Monday through Friday, encompassing 8-hour shifts, with occasional Saturday on-call duties to provide continuous patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and compile medical histories to facilitate accurate diagnoses and development of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring the delivery of timely and effective interventions.
• Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to form personalized treatment strategies for patients.
• Administer vaccines and medications while also educating patients on preventive health practices, dietary improvements, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor chronic health conditions and arrange referrals to specialty care as needed to guarantee optimal patient management.
• Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently using the EPIC EMR system, ensuring timely data entry and adherence to best practices in record-keeping.
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, staying informed about the latest medical advancements to enhance patient care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, depending on experience.
