Business Development CoordinatorBusiness Development coordinator reports to the Owners. Responsible for a mix of existing accounts and new client development. Maintains client relationship with existing clients about company products and services and acts as the point of contact for both new clients and existing clients. Key duties and responsibilities include:Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Find and develop new markets to improve sales.Develop quotes and proposals for clients.Train personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Perform duties of Operator, as neededWill also work on the trucks as needed.Kona Ice of Winter Haven & Lake WalesWe are looking for motivated and charismatic servers to join our local Krew. This position is in the truck, at the warehouse or Consessions help. Servers must be at least 16 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last.
