Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and crisis interventions to assess individual client needs.

• Develop and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Complete necessary documentation and statistical reports to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.

• Work closely with correctional facilities to facilitate access to care for incarcerated individuals, contributing to their rehabilitation and treatment.

• Coordinate patient care with referral programs and community resources, providing a holistic approach to treatment.

• Lead group therapy sessions in designated units, effectively engaging participants in therapeutic dialogue and intervention.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions, enhancing your skills and knowledge through collaborative practice and mentorship.

• Engage in case conferences to develop treatment strategies for clients, ensuring effective care transitions and continuity.

Qualifications\n
